My name is Hazelwood or Hazel for short, and I am a sparkly and fiery human. I am not big on labels, and I am NOT a girl or a boy; I am just a genderfluid Hazel and my pronouns are they/them. If you are not sure how to use my pronouns, you can educate yourself here. I am a Capricorn (a Capricorn rising too!) and I was born in 2016.

This is my unschooling blog where I will make posts about the cool things that I am doing, making, and experiencing. Expect lots of posts and updates about my isobabes (isopods).

I live with my parents William (he/they), Michele/Misha (they/them), and my sibling Elijah/E (he/they). William is a musician, writer/poet, and knows how to cook really well. Misha is a midwife, sex education instructor, a chaplain, and perinatal social worker. E is a linguist, gamer, and usually a pretty cool person to be around.

Favourite Foods: hot cocoa, Liquid Death fizzy water, pizza, toast, berries, chana masala, sashimi, & toasted nori

Favourite Activities: parkour, obstacle courses, whatever my older sibling is doing, & building with LEGO, blocks, marble runs, & magnetic tiles

Favourite Things to Watch: House of Anubis, dissection videos, Pokémon, Minecraft Survival videos, True, isopod & bee videos, & Adventure Agents videos

Favourite Animals: bees, isopods, millipedes, leopard slugs, snails, narwhals, whales, axolotls, cats, guinea pigs, dinosaurs, & merfolk

Other Favourites: anatomy, rainbows, prisms, maths, geometry, tessellations, digging in the dirt, water beads, & twirly dresses/skirts
